Pero Hess Custom Homes began with the mission of building luxurious homes with the quality, craftsmanship, technology, and attention to detail that was missing in the marketplace.

Our company has been successful because we've re-defined the traditional relationship between the developer and the buyer. We're not among the many developers who cut corners, abandon their buyers after the initial warranty period, or don't stand behind their product.  

From the beginning, our goal was to build homes that not only look great, both inside and out, but to also use the newest technology and best building materials available. That's true even behind the walls and underneath the floors, where it won't necessarily ever be seen. A Pero Hess home will stand the test of time and look great even after you've lived there for years.
